“Prep for those days when you can’t find a chair. Please do it at the health club it’s really enjoyable,” composed Katrina alongside the video that likewise includes popular fitness trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala.
Yasmin reposted the video and shared how this particular workout is exceptionally beneficial for one’s VMO (vastus medialis oblique).
